Street Firing Man

On my way to see my pal's band play and spotted this guy doing his thing.

Nothing ventured, nothing gained, so I asked him, if could take some photos after givng him a few pesos and a promise to email him the results. He was more than agreeable and amicable, so off we went.

Quite a bizarre sight it must have been for the motorists to see me stood in front of the juggler, snapping away merrily as he was stood in front of them earning his crust. The juggler was even asking me where I wanted to shoot him from.

1st time I've been out and about w/the 50mm lens and it is an absolute beauty. It's low light performance is only amazing.

Then into the gig, which was great, even if the band were playing to about 10 people in the bar.

I will post photos from the gig for Friday, as the gig ran past midnight.
