Papa Loca

The yummy (though less than healthy) goodness shown here is courtesy of local Zihuatanejo restaurant Papa Loca. Much of the joy of returning to a place is revisiting those restaurants which you enjoyed so much on the last visit. Some place live up to the memories and some fall short. Papa Loca far surpassed what we remembered when we visited this evening. There is really no way to describe the combination of flavors on these baked potatoes. The only way to appreciate them is to enjoy one first-hand and we try to do our part by introducing all our friends to this very special roadside restaurant where you can get two beers and a potato especial for 80 pesos (about $6 USD).
