Christmas Baking

Not the best picture in the world and it may be changed...

Jane has gone out to do Jane things today - so I decided to procrastinate by making fudge. I tried a couple of days ago after seeing Daffs fudge but it was a first attempt and turned out a weird mixture of fudge and toffee as I hadn't got it hot enough. Today though, I did it right...and its good too! (I had to get a taste of it to make sure!)

Whilst I was there I made Nigella Lawsons Sweet and salty crunch bars (which are to die for) and some mince pies and jam tarts.

So, now I know what I am making various people for Christmas; fudge and coconut macaroons (well, technically the kids will be making them, but I bet I end up doing it!)
