someone is running around with live poetry and strapping it onto perfectly innocent electricity boxes

second one I've found, this one's a bit better though.

Was discovered as I was bent double coughing up a lung after a distinctly sh*te run today. A lot on and feeling a bit run down so apologies for swift blip.
