Veda

Veda is a malt bread sold in Northern Ireland - delicious toasted. It's not as sticky as Scottish malt loaf so it doesn't burn but stays lovely and chewy in the middle. Scrummy with loads of butter.
That was my last slice of my last frozen loaf. Roll on January when I'll visit my in-laws and stock up again.
