Caramels!

Got two batches made today, one with pecans, one plain. Now we have to cut and wrap them tomorrow. Each one should yield about 117 pieces. I haven't made them for a couple of years, so now it's time to get back into the swing of things. Another of the small treats of the Christmas season.
