Ready, Steady, Go!

This morning dawned bright, sunny and cold. I had to go into town to collect a painting from the framing shop so nipped around to the duck pond to see what was going on. Found the proof that the new exercise machines are indeed being used and blipped this guy who looks a little uncertain as to what to do next.

Within an hour the sun was gone and the rain falling. Think I'll go to bed. It's only 1pm and it might as well be night it's so dark. Brings out the depressive in me!
