Pot luck!

I received a call from our village chum W last night re: these garden pots. He is leaving today to live in pastures new and will indeed be on the road at this moment. He has discarded quite a lot of 'stuff' and decided he didn't need to take this lot with him so suggested I could have them for Oxfam. There are actually even more that do not appear in the picture so quite a lot! I collected them this morning as the big van was being loaded. Now they are all washed and ready to go into the shop. I'm so pleased he thought of us as otherwise they could have ended up in a landfill site - oh horrors! Some people are going to be delighted with their 'pot purchase' and the revenue will be put to good use AND it isn't going into the ground. Win win.

Sorry not to have you at the end of the road now W but good luck and we hope to see you sometime in the future perhaps. Blipping will keep us up to speed with what is happening.

Just had a light snow shower and it's very cold. Off now to walk Bracken round the fields, gloves, scarf, hat, boots but Bracken is quite happy in her 'birthday' suit, how do they stand it!

Many, many thanks to all the lovely Blippers for their comments on my 365. This community warms the cockles of my heart. x
