the postman knocked, daddy went to open the door,
I spy a pink parcel in his hands,
My eyes light up, as I watch him bring it in,
I watch him hand it too mummy,
she put it on the side,
as she took some other bits from daddy,
I instantly threw a tantrum,
the tears falling as she tried to hand me a envelope,
NOOOOOOOO I WANNNNNTTTTTT PINK!!
Mummy tells me to wait,
I throw myself to the floor, how very dare they,
making sure I deafen them with my screams,
I stomp the floor, flailing my arms,
I run round and round the lounge,
Noticing I was ignored, I went back to daddy,
Puppy dog eye's, I look up as he rehands me the envelope,
sighing, I take it, the snot falling,
the breakfast dirt smearing,
I tear it open and realize pretty is inside, OOOO,
Ok this isn't too bad, I had it too daddy,
and point to pink parcel, MeMe? I quiz,
Mummy grabs it up, tells me to SIT,
and finally lets me open it,
With a WOW I find inside A pirate ragdoll,
grinning, I grab the previous present hang it on the arm,
and stalk off with my new *prizes*
(I have since noticed my *prizes* are out my reach,
A seriously unimpressed fernie,
keeps pointing yelling MINEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!
But no one hands them to me....PPPFFFTTTT!!!!!)

(Mummy note the hair is the 2 side bits the rest is at the back, her hair was annoying her and kept getting in her eyes, she was getting frustrated yanking it yelling out out, so I grabbed those bits and shoved them in a pony tail, yes she looks like a plonker, but it works!!)
