Busy day, hospital appointment this morning for Roy, to see the cardiologist, treadmill test, some people are afraid of the Spanish national health, why.? This morning we had a 10am apppointment, arrived at 9.55 am, called in to see the cardiologist at 10.05, out by 10.40, results sent to our dr, appointment to see him on Tuesday morning at 10am, not bad. Roy did get out of breath and he did have a tightening of the chest, but no chest pains, so hopefully nothing to much to worry about.

Then it was a trip to the hairdressers for me, nails and hair done. Shopping to Alicante, wanted some earings to match a necklace, result, bought two pairs and received a very nice umbrella as a free gift.

Off out now for a meal, my treat.
