Not every street has a name, and it's more common here to give an address based on the building's location from a well known local landmark - a church, a pharmacy, or a petrol station for example - which may or may not still exist...

The historic city centre, which was built on a grid system of numbered streets and avenues, is one place that's retained a little bit of mail order!
