Taking time to smell the flowers

Took the girls to buy their Christmas presents for each other this afternoon. Give them a set amount, and that's then theirs to spend on their sister. They're proper bargain hunters.

I've offloaded an issue that I've been mulling for a couple of days, which has involved another person. I've opted to do a brief email telling them how I feel about their action. I think they've misread my kindness as me being a moron/walkover. Silly them.
