Eric Street: Road to the beach

Eric Street is the main road down to Cottesloe Beach.

You approach from inland over a hill with an immediate view past one of the local hotels across to Rottnest Island. On a good day you can see it clearly, on others the summer haze almost hides it completely.

We are lucky in that we walk to the beach from our home, a brief 5 minutes if we hurry, 6 if we take it easy.
