Sprouts sprouts!!

Eat your heart out Jamie... My lunch, Wild mushroom pasta with Brussels sprouts, cooked in garlic salted water, topped with a little tomato and basil sauce, and pepper.
Now the humble Brussels sprout has a hard time, the Marmite of the veg' world, but I love 'em! Anytime, not just Christmas. And these fresh sprouts were particularly delicious.
I like Marmite too...
