Moonrise over Spa Bridge

A freezing day today, but crisp and clear, with a fine blue sky. As the days are so short (until next Tuesday), the Moon rises mid afternoon. The Moon almost seemed to be balancing on the Spa Bridge itself, but had risen quickly by the time I got this photo. Shot in colour, it seemed to work better in mono too.
More snow is forecast for tomorrow, so I guess my blip will be mono whether I like it or not...!
