CYCLING THROUGH MADESTEIJN

in a mild sunshine is a delight. It may be cold but the scenery is nice, trees, ponds, small and large, waterbirds and other. At the shore of a larger pond I first thought that I see coots but then I wonder how big they are. Looking better I see they are cormorants, with their wings spread wide open. Too far away however for some pictures.
I love the reeds in the pond and the sunlight turns them golden.

My haiku:

In the far away
Sky I discern my thoughts
As little white clouds

And the french proverb:

The clouds - the only birds that never sleep.
