Phone call to NHS 24 ... waste of space ... they phoned me back after 3 hrs ... then because I never caught it in time I had to call back and they wanted the whole sordid story again ... I said pass and I had mad a telephone appointment with my own Dr... who ...

told me to take liquids and paracetamol ... and ... wait for it a 24 hour starvation diet ... then bland food.

Lets hope the flat stomach and defined abs I'll gain will be worth it ...

As for my extended overtime at work ... I had to phone in sick ... again ...
