Toast

My first meal since Sunday afternoon. The Dr said bland ... but this toast and butter was nectar from the gods:) ... even managed a cheeky packet of salt n vinegar crisps ...

Next stage is steak pie and mash ...

Planning to be back at work tomorrow ... have my packets of jelly at the ready.

As for flat stomach and abs ...
