A simple question?

Me: Do we have snow chains?

Roy: Yes

Me: Do they fit?

Roy: Not sure, haven't checked the tyre size of the car.

Off I went to check the tyre size , we have two sets of snow chains, and guess what, one set is too small and the other too big. So a trip to Carrefour and we spotted these, fabric snow chains. They are a dam sight easier to put on the tyre than conventional snow chains and they appear to work just as well. Hopefully we won't need them, usually at the first hint of snow the snow ploughs are out clearing the roads.

We are all packed, skis have been serviced, there is snow in the resort, can't ask for much more really.
