Not just any instant dinner ...

... this is a M&S instant dinner.

Not much to look at but tasted fantastic.

Been back and forward to and from the hospital today but the great news is that my dad is now out of the Intensive Therapy Unit and into the less intrusive High Dependency Unit (HDU).

The irony is that four weeks ago, I rushed up to Greenock because he had been moved into the HDU and it was all very dramatic and a significant downturn. This time, we are looking at thi from a different point of view and I am happy to leave Greenock because he has been moved into the HDU.
