Historic Paia on North Maui

We love to take trips up to the upcountry part of Maui, and on our way we often pass by the historic town of Paia. The colors you see in this photo, taken out the car window, are reflective of the laid back hippie culture that thrives in this little town. The shops and inhabitants have opted for a laid back lifestyle with lots of surfing, yoga and relaxation! I think they know something many of us don't ;)).
