Day end at 16h50!

Had a late start to the day as I only rolled out of bed at lunch time. Had a bad shock last night as just before setting out to take friends to dinner I read that a long time friends son had passed away at 27 years of age. I'd known him since he was two and my boys had grown up and gone to school with him and his brothers. May you rest in peace Nick!

On arriving at the Restuarant the guitarest started playing as usual and then played Silent Night which at the best of times makes me cry but last night was worse, I couldn't shut off the tears. And having to drink communal Magheritas didn't help as I felt terrible today.

So a bright new day has dawned and not a happy one for some but life has to go on and so we continue along life's journey. Wishing you all a blessed time over this season.
