Shop day in Amersfoort

So this Monday was all about the children's birthdays.
It was our Marco's birthday yesterday (Sunday 18th Dec, 25 years young) and our daughter Joy's today (Monday 19th Dec, 23 years young).

As her birthday present Joy wanted a shop day with *wicked stepmum* (AKA: me), which was asking a lot, because I absolutely HATE shopping.
But I must admit I had the most fabulous day ever. Our Joy is a STAR, she really is. Jeez, we had fun! Whoohoooo!

Oh, and Willem went shopping with Marco, which was very successful too. All this means we will have to live very quietly & soberly for the next few months. That's putting it mildly, ahem. Ah well. They are both wonderful little humins, very much worth a little support, so who cares. ;)
