Young Buck

So I had one of my fuller days at work today. A beer when I got home was just what the doctor ordered. Sadly, Calico was gone when I arrived. She's gone camping with friends for 3 days. I'm hoping she'll come up with some great photos.

Our brief stints of empty nesting seem to be occurring more frequently these days. Mrs. S, Daisy and I went for an early evening walk on the trail and we stumbled on this fella. He was not interested in letting us pass. I think the vegetation at the edge of the trail was making him very happy, and he wasn't giving it up for anybody. I was not carrying the D300 at the time considering it's massive weight, so I went for the cell phone shot.
