Once Bitten and Twice Shy.....

Beau the Cat doesn't like Polie Bears.

We've discussed that before.

Now we have discovered she isn't too fond of Panda Bears either.....

Fantastic thing arrived in the post today - a Panda Mask, from the Scottish Office I think; not entirely sure why. I wandered about with it on for a while, but as there was no one in, the effect of it was wasted.

Si came home - three glasses of wine to the wind, and he didn't even appear to notice.

Toolibell came home - I walked out to the front garden to help her in; the coach dropping her off didn't even flicker that I was wearing it, and she just said, "nice mask mum".

So I sat, all quiet on the floor, and then the cats came in. Beau wandered through, all cuddly and quiet and ready for a snooze, and I thought... Beau and Bears.

I carefully slipped the mask on, and tapped her on the shoulder. She turned round and the eyes widened. She sat, frozen to the spot. I moved my head slightly closer, and she bounced about 2 foot in the air and then dived under the chair.

Oh boy! the fun.
