T'was the Night Before Christmas
And All thru the House,
Chaos Reigned, the place was a mess.
The Star had tumbled from the top of the tree
One Cat, through dressed festive, was trying to break free.
The parents were waiting for the Child to bed down,
They'd have to wait, she was out on the town.
But as they sat, and waited past gone midnight,
a noise at the window gave them a fright.
They tiptoed over and tilted the blind,
Their eyes opened wide, and what did they find?
A big bearded man, all dressed in red,
Was stood on the patio, holding his head.
Santa's sleigh had a mishap
it hit a speed bump, on the first lap.
They picked him up, and dusted him down;
And Repacked the sleigh, and vanished his frown.
With a quick slug of Jack, He was back good as new
And then with a nod of the head, he dived for the flue.
The presents delivered, the Child in her bed,
It was time for the parents also to head.
Bloody hell it's hard work this christmas shizz. This time last year was my 300th..... It was snowing, and I took ribbon on to the beach. That was easier.
Merry Christmas Everyone....
