The Supervisor of Wrapping
I finished my Christmas shopping and then came home and wrapped all the gifts. (I'm big on gift bags; they take less time and effort than actual wrapping paper.)
At my side was my loyal friend, the supervisor of all wrapping activities, Dexter the Tabby.
Dexter's role? General supervision, morale, and quality control.
Apparently there is an optimal number of cat hairs per wrapped present, and Dexter is in charge of making sure appropriate standards are maintained.
He does, however, have the bad habit of occasionally chomping on the corner of a gift bag or a piece of ribbon. Apparently Christmas, it has a flavor . . .
