Beach Life on Boxing Day

Bit of a strange Boxing Day....tensions were running high with the folks in the Hobson household due to lack of sleep. One parent coughing all night and the other with a groin injury (don't ask me how she acquired that, perhaps it was from kicking dad to stop him from coughing!)

So, I stayed out of the way after foolishly straying into their sights momentarily upon awakening.

The mood was lifted for a short while when my sister and brother-in-law called with the dogs and we had a walk on the beach with them. They also have a new puppy, an 8 week old Cavipug and he's gorgeous!

Lots of people on the beach today dog walking. The light was wonderful again and the sun was shining so plenty of opportunities for some nice photographs and I really enjoyed walking along and clicking away. Picked this one out of quite a few taken.

A strange day spent in semi-isolati0n, so hopefully tomorrow will be better!
