Knob Issues

This broken door knob just about made Chris's day today.

I'm not sure how it happened, but the door knob jammed on the cupboard where we keep our coats, shoes, hats, scarves and gloves - anything you need to leave the house in December really. The Hoover, mop and bucket are also in there but I'm on no hurry to access them, obviously.

Chris took the handle off, but it still wouldn't open. In the end he had to hack it open with a screwdriver. About ten minutes later, Al went to get his shoes, and out of habit, slammed it shut again. Chris not impressed. He got it open, but ten minutes afterwards, I did exactly the same thing. Chris even less impressed. We managed not to do it again for several hours, but eventually it happened again, though there were no witnesses and no one is owning up either. It is still closed.

Watched (ignored) Cars 2 this afternoon. It's one of Al's Christmas presents, so he had to watch it sometime but I can honestly say it's one of the worst children's films I've ever seen, and I have seen a lot. Al loves it if course.
