Free!

The Eldest had her clinic appointment this morning, and they took off her cast. They re-X rayed it, and there is still a split in one of the bones, but the doctor in his dubious wisdom opted to leave her cast free.

I'm a bit nervous now about how much we do with her, as this is her second fracture of this arm this year. All the quack said was "no contact sports for 4 weeks". We certainly don't need any more breaks!!!

She was aching for a swim, so that's what we've done...although it was in a pool rather than at the beach - the weather is building for a storm, so not particularly inviting for the sea!
