Tipping it down again all day today so decided to drive into town with the kids to save Jan standing around at the bus stop in the driving rain.

Took sanctuary in the Museum of Childhood for an hour or so of old-school fun.

The kids saw me getting all misty eyed over a Tomahawk bike and an old leather casey football so Ruby cheered me up with an impromptu puppet show.

Who needs the DVD player and an X-Box??
