I am in a Johnny Cash type of mood today - most likely because I had one of his tunes stuck in my head ALL night long after watching Walk the Line last night.

Last night was Arlo's first night in his big cot. He slept really soundly in it, spread out in a lovely star shape. No more kicking himself into a diagonal stripe and smooshing his face off the side, which is what he did in his moses basket.

We gutted the house today. It is lovely to be able to walk about in bare feet without accidentally stomping on a bit of cat litter and hopping round the hall yelping in pain.
