I got to see Kikeli today! I dropped by Nate's place (my old apartment) and hung out with her. Nate and I then went to Odd Obsessions, a foreign/indie video store in Bucktown. Everyone at Columbia worships this place and it's been recommended to me a million times, but I never bothered to go until today. It's a pretty spiffy place.

When I saw this, I thought of Rodney. We took French Cinema class together last year with That Lady, who was strangely obsessed with Jean Renoir. I have to admit Renoir was a pretty talented French director, but I was put off by how he filmed many real bunnies get shot to death and used the footage for a completely pointless scene in The Rules of the Game.
