Until next year.....

Firstly, Happy New year folks! Hope you had a fun and memorable time seeing in the new year and bidding farewell to the old one. However, the new year is the time we say goodbye to Christmas, for the time being at least.Despite all the crazy present buying, the sending of a million cards and the incessant organising, Christmas is a time for families and it definitely has been for me and to be honest it's the first time in a long time. The picture I've chosen is our Christmas lights sadly being taken down, shortly to be returned to the loft from whence they came. It must be Christmas all the time in the loft with the amount of decorations up there!

Anyway, 2012 should be a good year. A year of change for the better, where our priorites may shift a little....and damn the finances! If Christmas teaches us anything it's how important families are; and how important it is to be together. By the time those lights come out again, life should have changed for the better....not great sea sweeping changes, but just enough..
