Mother Daughter Cookie Day

We spend a morning in early December making all of our favorite Holiday cookies. We make Spritz, Shortbread, Almond cookies with Kisses, Fudge, and then sometimes a new addition. This year it was some peanut butter balls you roll in chocolate. My Mom didn't have the patience and they kept crumbling, so I spent most of the morning doing that. When it was my turn to make a recipe they gave me the easiest one, shortbread. There are only 5 ingredients...but I still forgot one...baking powder...oops.
