Sarah and Jazzy

Well today is the day for new starts -the most beautiful sunshine and another run -15 miles in 3 days is more than we have done for some time. These are my running partners for many years now and running is as much about the chats with Sarah as the fitness and being outdoors. And Jazz takes the whole thing very seriously with total focus on the task in hand (spying cats, squirrals and rabbits!)
