Snow Squirrels

Yesterdays rain got rid of most of the snow but today the temperature dropped and we got a wild snow flurry that came from the north. Looking out you could hardly see across the field. This little one was using his tail like an umbrella and helping himself to some nuts I put out. His tail was almost completely white with snow! An hour later the sun was out and we had some blue sky...but it is still very cold. Tomorrow is suppose to be minus seventeen degrees C...Brrrr!
