Grotto

We took a walk along part of the Water of Leith this morning. We were hoping to possibly see a Kingfisher. My friend had told me where they could be seen but when we got there, the huge blockage of trees across the river had been removed. Obviously it had got so bad the council had been forced to do something about it.

Still a nice walk all the same, we saw a heron but I didn't get any good shots as my camera doesn't like low light and mum kept creeping in to the shot. Instead, here's a shot of a little stream through the window of a little grotto.

After lunch, mum and dad headed home and I was visited by my lovely friends K and B.
