Space where the roof used to be.

I was already awake before my car alarm went off with the wind (several times) and then this almighty crash was heard and I just knew that it wasn't going to be good but how bad I didn't know and wasn't sure I wanted to find out but had to check being a responsible adult and all that. (oh to return to childhood and leave things like this to someone who knows what to do automatically).
I'm still waiting to turn into one of those types of adult.

Anyway this was the resulting mess. Couldn't find the missing section and have put a note through the neighbour's door in case it is on their side of the wall where I can't see. (Just so hoping it hasn't caused any damage).

I checked their conservatory as much as I could with my torch and it seemed ok.

Dreading anything more coming off but might have found an adult who knows what to do automatically and so we might be visiting a builders merchants later today all being well. I expect queues.
