It's all Garbage in the End

In the morning I thought this was a funny sight. By evening, I'd been told that I was being laid off after 29 years, and this was no longer such a funny picture. There are more chapters in the work picture to unfold, but facing a big budget deficit caused by Congress making some arbitrary whacks, they have decided to close the Legal Aid office I have been in charge of for almost all of my career. Wow, talk about making each day meaningful.
