Fun in the ball pit

When the weather is as lousy as it has been lately, the fun has to stay indoors. Grace went to visit her friend Sophie today. They had a great time in Sophie's inflatable ball pit.

Today was the first time I've ever seen Grace interact with another baby in a meaningful way: 'passing' a ball back and forth; crawling after each other; and copying each other's movements. Sophie's mum and I really enjoyed watching the girls at play.

And now it's back to work again for me as I have to read through, check and edit the reports for my form group, which have been submitted by all their subject teachers and compiled into 15 page documents. Woohoo.
