Luck

A lot of things are running in my head.

1. I am a bit disappointed with my photos. School is eating all of my time. I rarely touch my camera.

2. My ex-boyfriend's auntie died early this morning. I think she battled with cancer for about a year. I know how much he values his loved ones and I really feel sorry for his lost. Although I am not in good terms with him, I still plan to go to her wake.

3. Meanwhile, a friend gave me this lucky charm from China. However, I am someone who believes that things happen because we worked hard for it and not because of some luck. Those who won millions in the lottery would have never won if they did not bet. Those who got rich on game shows would have never gotten rich if they never auditioned for the show. A lot of hard work and a little of luck maybe, that is the secret!

I decided to keep the charm near my bed just in case I lose the nerve to work hard and just rely on the universe to make my dreams come true.

4. Or maybe, we need to be lucky enough to survive. Even if we work all day, if there are no opportunities available, we will still be left poor. Even if we fight to be alive, if something inside our body is malfunctioning, we will still die.

5. I think too much it scares me. :|
