Has anyone noticed the moon recently?

I know the weather has not been the sort to stand about in looking skywards - unless it's been to make sure that there are no tiles missing off the roof. I have noticed though a few times recently that the moon has been very clear, quite high up in the sky - at three oclock in the afternoon.

Does this mean something .........................?
