Mmmm...mushroom stroganoff
Left over nut sauce made this dish super easy to assemble. I just added some rehydrated porcini mushrooms to increase the flavour.
Marinated mushrooms, especially if you warm them for a couple of hours in the dehydrator is easily on my top list of the most more-ish things to eat.
Spiralised courgettes make up the noodle base.
