Back in to the swimming with a vengeance yesterday afternoon and this morning. Now going away for the weekend where I am most likely to eat and drink unrestrictedly. So, swimming next week with an ever greater vengeance.

Expect a bit of this kind of stuff and maybe a bit of this too on my return.
