Foliose and fruticose

Lichens are something I know very little about even though I see them every day. I know that they fall into at least three types - crustose, foliose and fruticose but that's about it. I think the leafy ones on this oak branch are of the foliose type (perhaps a parmelia) while the bushy one is fruticose - perhaps an evernia of some kind.
