A robin, eh?
Lame tap joke, sorry.
It says a lot about today that this is a backblip. This morning was cloudy enough that I (fair weather gardener) didn't fancy continuing the bramble clearing outside, so an inside day of tidying, cleaning and painting.
The afternoon brought even worse weather - high winds, driving rain and the delightful news from our neighbour that half the flashing (zinc edging stuff) on our roof was hanging off. Obviously it was the bit that overhangs the courtyard, and was looking suspiciously guilotine like as the children frolicked below it.... Panicky calls ensued to the plumber (who does the zinc) and the carpenter (who, critically, hadn't put tiles on top of the flashing like he should have done) but no-one responded and it was too dangerous for us clutzy folk with no life insurance to be up there in a gale, so it was left banging away all night.
The evening saw me blipless, so here's our kitchen tap. With a backdrop of marine ply (special request from Mr B that I point that out).
