Thank you mum!

My mother passed away Sep 2010. She left us, her 5 children, each a little money. That money went straight into our bond. I never did something special with it.

I have now. I bought some wool and a pattern to knit myself a cardigan / jacket. I am a very slow knitter, so this is going to be a lloonngg project.

Mom was a good knitter. She knitted all my school projects for me. I can still see her sitting in her chair with some knitting.

So this one is for you mamma. I have started and I am enjoying it! I miss you.
