Three pipes

A selection from a family collection of pipes. The one at the top is a briar pipe with an amber stem and the two below it are both Meerschaum pipes, again with amber stems. The one at the bottom is designed to hold a cigarette. Gill had a relative who used to run a wholesale tobacco company and I think this was where they came from. I tried smoking a pipe once but it turned me green.
