red sky in morning .......

hi guys got a hang over from hell! thats what 2 bottles of red do for you! my heads got its own brass band going on :( bad start to what's guna be a crap morning. up until 3 weeks ago i had lost 3st 2lbs but over crimbo i have put on and i dread to think what but i will find out at 10 am, as im off to my slimming class i still have x amounts to lose i would be too embarrassed to tell you how much. maybe today's weighing will spur me on and get back on track, wish me luck :) took this photo out of my lounge window at 815 hope you like.
